The Stella McCartney Kids tulle skirt has a narrow elastic edge at the waist, and underneath the skirt falls with plenty of width. It consists of three layers of tulle, where the outer layer has a wide ruffle edge at the bottom, and the inner tulle skirt has a layer of light, tightly woven viscose.
